Perfect fit. For my 158 frame, with a 30 inch waste, MEDIUM fits perfect. The shoulder seams are where they should be, the sleeves show off my guns and it hugs my pecs before appearing to taper at the waist. Well stitched, great quality garment. I washed my first one in cold and hung dry. Fit even better, but no shrinkage.
