The left chest logo has the US Navy 6th Fleet logo. The full back logo is the oval logo of the Mediterranean Sea and the countries around it. The small eagle and flag at the bottom is a representation of the embroidered flag and eagle from all of the Med cruise jackets.
You can get the long sleeve t-shirt in either navy blue or sports grey. The logos are white and grey on the navy shirts and black on the sports grey shirts.
