The left chest logo is the top round logo which reads "3rd Battalion, 8th Marines - Camp Lejeune, NC" wrapped around the eagle, globe and anchor. The full back logo is below and is the actual 3/8 unit logo.
You can get the long sleeve t-shirt in either black or olive drab. The logos are gold.
